About The Event

We are looking for persons, and businesses, novice, to the experienced to attend the event! If you have been wanting to get away to the mountains, then here is your chance! While not to many to see in Bristol, you will get to drive through them on you way to the event, hence the name Appalachian Reefing! You will be right in the heart of the Appalachians! We have a limited number of spots available, so the sooner you get your table reserved the BETTER! After you register we will Email you a copy of the floor plan and you will get to choose your booth location for the event once we get it laid out. We hope to have one uploaded to the site very soon so we can update, and show everyone which spaces is available, or taken and who will be at which one. We look forward to hosting you at our event!

  • Vendor Registration

    $135

    With your registration purchase, you will be getting a discounted room rate at the hotel should you choose, "1" Table with cloth "there are 2 tables per booth," 2 chairs, Free access to electrical needs, "you will need to supply your own extension cords and any other splitters, power strips, etc," and 3 free passes to whom ever you may like to bring. We are asking vendors to contribute 1-2 items for the raffle drawing, please inform us of your items so we may catalog and keep track of them.

  • Extra Tables

    $50

    Each table will be an additional $50. Please be aware that if you need extra tables after you arrive we will be unable to accommodate this request. Due to restrictions we ask that you book these in advance to avoid any problems after you arrive.

  • Raffle Tickets

    $10

    Each ticket will get you a card of raffle tickets. We will also be able to take debit/credit cards at the event. Use tickets to enter our raffle prize drawing. We will have the raffle items set out with a container in front of each item to be able to drop your tickets into. You may purchase as many cards as you like, and drop as many tickets into the containers. So if you see something that you really want, then drop those tickets in there. We look forward to seeing who gets these great prizes.
